Newborn shoots are always so much fun. Some parents come to see me right when they are home from the hospital; others wait a week or two. I suggest coming when you feel comfortable to leave the house with baby (or I can come to you). I also have some parents that come at the 3-6 week stage. Every baby is unique, but to really capture the tiny curled up babies the first 2 weeks is my personal suggestion. As they get older, they will become more alert and tend to "stretch out" more. I do have a mini heater and will have my heat quite high for all newborn sessions (as most shots tend to be naked baby). A warm baby is always a happy baby.
